Refund Policy

1. Memberships give you instant access
The moment your SimplyNickish membership payment goes through, every product and tool in your plan unlocks immediately. There's no waiting period, no manual approval, nothing held back.
Because of that, when you subscribe we ask you to confirm you want immediate access and that you're giving up your legal right to a 14-day cooling-off cancellation, which normally applies to distance-sold digital services under UK consumer law. You'll see this as a checkbox you have to tick before checkout. We don't apply it silently, and we keep a timestamped record of when you agreed to it.
2. What this means in practice
Once you've confirmed and subscribed:
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal.
- Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it ends.
- We don’t refund the current billing period once it’s started, because you’ve already had full access to everything included.
If you never ticked the waiver checkbox (for example, because you subscribed before this policy existed), the standard 14-day cooling-off right applies instead. Contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
3. When we'll refund you anyway
Regardless of the waiver, we'll always refund you if:
- You were charged in error or charged twice for the same period.
- A fault on our side meant the Service was genuinely unusable and we couldn’t fix it within a reasonable time.
- Refund is required by law in your country or region.
If something's gone wrong, email us rather than disputing the charge with your bank first. It's faster to resolve and doesn't risk your account being flagged.
4. Marketplace purchases
One-off purchases through the SimplyNickish marketplace (individual digital products from sellers) are handled separately from membership billing and may carry their own conditions set by the seller. Contact us if you need help with a marketplace order.
5. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel your membership any time from your dashboard's billing portal. It takes effect at the end of your current period, no need to contact us.
For anything else, a refund request under section 2 or 3, a billing question, or a dispute, email simplynickish@gmail.com. We aim to respond within a few working days.
